How do I book my first visit?

Do you take insurance or Medicare?
No. Full Circle Chiropractic is a cash-based, out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance or Medicare. Payment is due at the time of service, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Plan for about 45 minutes. We'll talk through your health history — including pregnancy and birth details when relevant — complete a neurological and physical exam, and review what we found. Many patients receive their first adjustment the same day.
Which location will I be seen at?
Most visits are at our downtown Travelers Rest office. A home office in Boiling Springs is available by appointment for Spartanburg-area families — choose your location when booking.
Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
Yes, always. Kids are welcome, and they can be checked at the same visit.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule directly in the online scheduler, or email us and we'll take care of it.
