Her story

It started with her own family

Dr. Shannon's chiropractic journey began during her first pregnancy in 2018. After experiencing life-changing results in her own body, she started paying attention to what nervous-system-focused care could do.

Then chiropractic helped her daughter's breastfeeding challenges — and she knew she'd found her calling. That moment is why Full Circle exists: so other moms don't have to wonder whether there's something gentle they haven't tried yet.

Today she serves Upstate families from downtown Travelers Rest and a home office in Boiling Springs.

Her philosophy

Understand the nervous system first, then adjust

Every plan of care starts with understanding how that specific person's nervous system is functioning. Dr. Shannon tailors every adjustment with precision, using both gentle and traditional techniques depending on who is on the table.

For newborns, that often means fingertip pressure or cranial work. For a busy dad, it may look more familiar. The goal is always the same: help the nervous system adapt so the body can do what it was designed to do.
