About the Practice
Where is Full Circle Chiropractic located?
Full Circle Chiropractic has two Upstate South Carolina locations: a main office in downtown Travelers Rest, SC and a home office in Boiling Springs, SC.
Who is the chiropractor?
Dr. Shannon Bramlett, D.C. — a nervous-system-focused family and pediatric chiropractor, PX Docs certified, ICPA pediatric and pregnancy certified including Webster Certification, and a mom of two.
What does nervous-system-focused mean?
It means care is based on how well your nervous system is adapting and communicating, assessed through a neurological exam, rather than only on where you hurt.

Pediatric Care
Is chiropractic safe for babies and children?
Yes. Infant adjustments use roughly two ounces of fingertip pressure — no twisting, no popping, no forceful movement. Dr. Shannon is certified in pediatric care through PX Docs and the ICPA.
Does adjusting a baby hurt?
No. Most babies sleep through it or simply look around.
Why would a child need to see a chiropractor?
Parents commonly come in about latching and nursing comfort, sleep, digestion, tummy time, movement milestones, and general wellness.

Pregnancy
Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Prenatal care uses pregnancy-specific positioning and gentle, low-force adjustments, and can be provided throughout all three trimesters.
What is the Webster Technique?
Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment of the sacrum and pelvis used during pregnancy to reduce joint restriction and balance the supporting ligaments.
Should I come in postpartum?
Yes. Postpartum visits support your recovery, and your newborn can be checked at the same appointment.

Insurance & Payment
Do you take insurance or Medicare?
No. Full Circle Chiropractic is a cash-based, out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance or Medicare.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and we can provide a receipt for your records.
When is payment due?
At the time of your visit. Pricing is explained before you commit to any plan of care.

What to Expect
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Plan for about 45 minutes: health history, a neurological and physical exam, a review of findings, and usually your first adjustment.
Can I bring my children with me?
Always. Kids are welcome in the room and can be checked at the same visit.
Will I hear a popping sound?
Sometimes. Many adjustments here are instrument-assisted or cranial and make no sound at all.
