A practice name can be more than a name. Sometimes it can tell the story of why the practice exists.

For Dr. Shannon, “Full Circle” represents both a philosophy of health and the remarkable path that brought her to chiropractic.

It also represents the kind of relationship she hopes to build with families over time.

What Does “Finding Your Center” Mean?

At the heart of Full Circle Chiropractic is the idea of coming back to a strong foundation.

Dr. Shannon believes the body is remarkably intelligent and that health is not only about responding to symptoms after something goes wrong. It is also about supporting the body, the nervous system, and the body's ability to adapt and regulate.

That is where the phrase “finding your center” comes in.

For her, it means returning to that foundation and looking at health as a bigger picture rather than focusing exclusively on a single symptom.

A Name That Became Personal

The second meaning of Full Circle is even more personal.

Dr. Shannon's journey into chiropractic began when she became a mother. She experienced chiropractic care during pregnancy and later watched it become part of her daughter's care.

That experience ultimately led her to chiropractic school.

Now, she has the opportunity to care for pregnant women, babies, children, and entire families.

“So in a very literal way, I came full circle,” she explains. “The care that impacted me as a mother became the care I now get to provide to other mothers and their children.”

From Pregnancy to Parenthood—and Beyond

One of the things Dr. Shannon loves most about family-centered care is the possibility of developing relationships over time.

A mother may first walk through the doors of Full Circle Chiropractic during pregnancy. Later, Dr. Shannon may meet her baby. As that child grows, the family may continue to make chiropractic care part of their overall wellness routine.

That continuity is what makes the name feel especially meaningful.

The journey can literally come full circle.

A Philosophy of Care

For Dr. Shannon, “Full Circle” is therefore more than a branding concept. It reflects the philosophy behind the practice and the personal journey that created it.

It represents a belief in supporting the body as a whole, building a strong foundation, and caring for families through different seasons of life.

And perhaps most importantly, it reflects Dr. Shannon's own story: a mother who discovered chiropractic, experienced its value personally, and ultimately devoted her career to making that kind of family-centered care available to others.
